We used Trust Swiftly with document-based verification initially, and it took a bit longer due to manual reviews, even though they’ve automated a lot. But if you’re aiming for speed, the facial recognition or the SMS-based verification is your best bet. It’s near-instant.
Hi all! We recently tested Trust Swiftly for our onboarding, and I can say the verification speed really surprised us. Out of the available options, SMS and email were nearly instant, but what stood out was their document verification—super quick compared to other platforms we’ve tried like Jumio. We uploaded an ID, and in under a minute, the result came back verified. This kind of speed helped us cut down drop-offs during sign-up.
