Batsand is a team of IT developers, thermal and electronics engineers with the mission to solve the toughest challenge present in today's society - HEATING!
Since the heatpump revolution, the heating industry has been looking for the next big thing. Batsand is a 3X improvement from some existing technologies and is the only solution that can promise "free heating" for households with 100% GREEN ENERGY .
Our Story
Too many times we have watched the story of a family suffering from high energy bills. Political conflicts have endangered today's society with unreliable prices. Combustion fuels have endangered the air we breathe, the water we drink, and the oceans we love.
As many inventors, we wanted to contribute to our green future. We started small. Using a water tank as a heating battery, experimenting with solar tubes to assist the house heating system, or using smart switches to control the efficiency of the heating appliances. Although all of those created some improvement, they didn't do the impact we were looking for. That's when we discovered the sand battery. A cheap and innovative way to create a heating battery that could change the future.
We want a green future where people don't worry about the cold or their energy bills in the wintertime, and Batsand is the way to get us there.
